Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your return request is made within 1 day of receiving your order.
  • For order with COD, your return request must be made immediate during delivery of order. You must return the parcel to the delivery man/courier representative upon approval of your return request. You may have to pay delivery charge in order to return the parcel.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and clearance reasons:

  • Lingerie or undergarments
  • Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Accessories (e.g., earrings, headwear)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at +880 1700 517559 with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
  3. Send the item(s) back to the provided return address.

Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately in presence of courier representative with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card again.
  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
