Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- Your return request is made within 1 day of receiving your order.
- For order with COD, your return request must be made immediate during delivery of order. You must return the parcel to the delivery man/courier representative upon approval of your return request. You may have to pay delivery charge in order to return the parcel.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and clearance reasons:
- Lingerie or undergarments
- Swimwear (unless defective)
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Accessories (e.g., earrings, headwear)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer support at +880 1700 517559 with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
- Send the item(s) back to the provided return address.
Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately in presence of courier representative with:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Your order number
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account or credit card again.
- Contact your payment provider; it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
